Questions brokers actually ask

What counts as a page?

One side of one uploaded document. A four-page invoice plus a two-page BoL is six pages, whether or not the extraction succeeds first time.

Do re-runs cost me twice?

No. Re-extracting a declaration you already paid for is free — only new uploads draw down your quota.

How long do you keep my documents?

Source files are deleted 24 hours after upload. Extracted fields stay until you delete the declaration.

What happens if I run out of AI HS code suggestions?

The HS code on every line item is always included — that's part of extraction. The on-demand "more suggestions" lookup has its own monthly allowance per plan; past that, upgrade or wait for next month.
